Dairyland takes pride in providing prompt, courteous and effective customer support. Our Client Support Analysts have extensive experience supporting Dairyland products and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Beyond supporting Dairyland’s products, as an IBM Business Partner, Dairyland also provides support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the IBM’s eServers and DB2 database its products run on.

Dairyland’s Online Support Center provides access to:

  • Support System - Enter and track status of support incidents.
  • Knowledge Base - An extensive collection of documents including, answers to frequently asked questions, procedural documentation, release notes, “tips & tricks” from our support staff and much more.
  • Documentation - Library of product documentation in downloadable pdf format.
  • Training - Review schedules and register for courses. Access free training tutorials.
  • General Information – Up to date corporate, event, and product information.
  • Message Board - Communicate with other clients through email or chat.
