Customer Support Analyst: Dairyland Healthcare Solutions, a growing healthcare IT company, is hiring a Customer Support Analyst for our Glenwood, MN office. This position is responsible for design, setup, and maintenance of custom forms for our hospital clients.  The analyst will also answer questions and resolve issues for customers on software applications through training, research, troubleshooting, and testing.  Minimal travel is required. Successful candidates will possess 1-2 years customer support and computer experience, preferably in a medical/healthcare environment.  Knowledge of UNIX, VI language, Microsoft Excel and Word is highly preferred.  Experience with a publishing software such as Coral Draw, Microsoft Office Publisher, or Photoshop is preferred.  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.  An Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Administration, Business, Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not required.

Unix Administrator: Our Glenwood, MN office is hiring a Unix Administrator to join our growing team!   Essential functions of this position are: performing hardware and operating system upgrades for application and database servers, staging servers with DHS applications and tools, loading operating systems and third party software, traveling to client sites to perform onsite upgrades of hardware and operating systems, and training end users on administration and use of hardware and related third party tools. Successful candidates will have experience in the following: AIX 4.3 or higher (5.2 preferred), AIX and Unix operating systems, and IBM certification in AIX (RS6000 beneficial). Good communication skills and experience working with customers in a service environment is also required, along with the ability to travel up to 30%. IBM Certification(s) a plus. Flexibility to work after normal business hours and on weekends is necessary. Position based out of Glenwood, MN office.

Implementation Specialist – Financials: We are hiring for an Implementation Specialist – Financials to join our Client Services Team.  This position performs software application training and consulting services.  The Implementation Specialist is also responsible for all aspect of the software application Implementation; including set-up, testing, and client training.  Key elements of this position include: managing multiple projects and project presentation, priorities, and deadlines and providing client support through research, troubleshooting, and testing. Successful candidates should possess excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and presentation skills and self-motivated, decisive, and goal-oriented.  Requirements also include excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and exceptional customer service skills, along with ability to write reports and business correspondence.  Experience in a healthcare Business Office or Accounting area is strongly preferred.  A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or related field is strongly preferred, but relevant experience may be substituted for education.  Experience with Revenue Cycle Management desired. This position requires approximately 70% overnight nationwide travel to client sites.  Remote/virtual candidates will be considered.

Systems Administrator: Our Glenwood, MN office has an opening for a Systems Administrator.  This position will provide support and maintenance on the hardware, software, and operating systems on which DHS software resides. Essential functions include providing support to clients by troubleshooting, research, testing and working cross-functionally within DHS to achieve the best resolution appropriate for client needs.  Also responsible for providing server and hardware support to clients nationwide, upgrading client operating systems and databases, and supporting internal UNIX servers.  Flexibility to work after normal business hours and on weekends is necessary. Successful candidates should possess excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with ability to follow through on customer issues to resolution.  Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.  Experience in Network Administration, PC/Workstation setup, software and/or hardware installation, UNIX operating systems, and related databases (DB2 preferred) required.  Required skills include knowledge of computer networks, Windows operating systems, PCs, servers, printers, and basic AIX knowledge. An Associate’s degree in a computer related field is required.  Relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Implementation Specialist – Nursing: Attention LPN/RNs – looking for a new challenge? Our Client Services area is hiring for an Implementation Specialist with an emphasis in Nursing.  If you’d like to utilize your nursing background in a new capacity – we may have the position for you! The Clinical Implementation Specialist will coordinate with information systems and hospital staff at the client site to execute setup of clinical software application systems. Hardware/Network Systems Specialist:
We are hiring for a Hardware & Network Systems Specialist to join our team!  This position is responsible for performing computer hardware and/or network installation and support. Knowledge of LAN, WAN, PCs, switches, printers, and network components, along with basic troubleshooting skills is required. Qualified applicants must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to create professional documents. Two years of post secondary education in Computer Information Systems, Computer Technical Support, or Systems Administration required. Related experience may be substituted for education. The position requires approximately 70% overnight nationwide travel to client sites.

Implementation Consultant (PPM):  Do you possess Physicians Office experience and are looking for an exciting career change?  Then take a look at Dairyland! We are hiring for an Implementation Consultant to perform services of charge and payment entry, billing, collections, and other programs associated with Physician Practive software as well as application training for Physicians Offices. The position is responsible for all aspects of the software application Implementation; including workflow analysis, configuration, testing, and client training. Key elements of this position include: managing multiple projects and project presentation, priorities, and deadlines and providing client support through research, troubleshooting, and testing. Successful candidates should possess excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and presentation skills and self-motivated, decisive, and goal-oriented. Requirements also include excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and exceptional customer service skills, along with ability to write reports and business correspondence. Experience in a Physician’s billing office and A/R knowledge required. This position requires approximately 70% overnight nationwide travel to client sites. Clinical Implementation Specialist – Pharmacy: If you have Pharmacy experience and are looking to join a growing company, read on! Our Client Services team is hiring a Clinical Implementation Specialist to join our team!  This position is responsible for coordinating with information systems and hospital staff at the client site to execute setup of clinical software application systems, with an emphasis in Pharmacy products. The position is also responsible for all aspects of the installation; including set-up, testing, and client training.Successful candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience using clinical information systems.  Two to four years hospital based pharmacy experience and computerized pharmacy information systems is required along with a certificate or diploma from an accredited Certified Pharmacy Technical program.
